Every order leaves our Cairo workshop packed by hand and insured to your door. Here is what to expect.
Rates
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Egypt.
Delivery times
Cairo and Giza arrive within 1–2 business days. Other governorates take 2–5 business days. Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched the next working day.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier when your piece arrives, or pay by card at checkout. The delivery fee is the same either way.
Packaging
Each piece ships in a Zaki box with an anti-tarnish pouch and a polishing cloth, sealed and ready to give as it is.

How long does delivery take in Egypt?
Cairo and Giza arrive within 1–2 business days. Other governorates take 2–5 business days from dispatch.
How much does delivery cost?
Free anywhere in Egypt, and free on any order over E£ 5,000.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Pay the courier when your piece arrives, or pay by card at checkout — the delivery fee is the same either way.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet. We deliver to every Egyptian governorate today, and international shipping is something we are working towards.
When is my order dispatched?
Orders placed before 4pm Cairo time leave the workshop the same working day. Anything later is dispatched the next one.
