Shipping & delivery

Every order leaves our Cairo workshop packed by hand and insured to your door. Here is what to expect.

Rates

Delivery is E£ 75 anywhere in Egypt, and free on any order over E£ 3,000.

Delivery times

Cairo and Giza arrive within 1–2 business days. Other governorates take 2–5 business days. Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched the next working day.

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier when your piece arrives, or pay by card at checkout. The delivery fee is the same either way.

Packaging

Each piece ships in a Zaki box with an anti-tarnish pouch and a polishing cloth, sealed and ready to give as it is.
