Is your jewelry real silver?
Every piece is solid 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver — hallmarked and hand-finished in our Cairo workshop. We work in one metal so we can do it properly.
How do I find my ring size?
Wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres — that is your circumference. Each ring page lists the sizes it is made in. If you are between two, take the larger.
How should I care for sterling silver?
Keep it dry and away from perfume, chlorine and cleaning products. Store it in the anti-tarnish pouch it arrived in, and bring the shine back with the polishing cloth in your box. Tarnish is normal for silver and always reversible.
How long does delivery take?
Cairo and Giza arrive within 1–2 business days, other governorates within 2–5. Delivery is free on orders over E£ 3,000.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Pay the courier when your order arrives, or pay by card at checkout — the fee is the same either way.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days to return an unworn piece in its original packaging for a full refund. Personalised and made-to-order pieces are the exception, as they are made for you alone.
Do you make custom pieces?
We do. Engraving and made-to-order sizes can be requested on the product page, and anything beyond that starts with a message to us — allow 2–3 weeks for a bespoke piece.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet. We deliver across every Egyptian governorate today, and international shipping is something we are working towards.
